Food, Glorious food!
You know you're in need of professional help when your spices have their own box when you move house; and it was this very event that led me to the unfortunate realisation that I am in fact a foody of the first degree, and probably in need of a weekend or two at whatever the cooks equivalent of The Priory is.
To plagiarise one of my most admired cooks, food is for me what shoes were for Imelda Marcos, and with this in mind, I now present just a couple of the things that have been getting me excited in the kitchen recently as well as a couple of my thoughts on what makes good great food.
